Accessibility
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
MarketingAid Solutions FL, LLC (“MarketingAid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that our website and digital platform are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that equal access to digital services is not merely a legal obligation — it is a fundamental expression of respect for every person who chooses to engage with our business.
This Accessibility Statement describes the current accessibility status of our website at www.marketingaid.org and our digital platform (collectively, the “Services”), the standards we are working toward, the limitations that presently exist, and the steps we are taking to continuously improve the accessibility of our digital experience.
We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time effort but a continuous practice. MarketingAid is committed to incorporating accessibility considerations into every phase of our product development, design, and content creation processes.
2. Scope of This Statement
This Accessibility Statement applies to the MarketingAid website located at www.marketingaid.org and all pages and subdomains directly operated and maintained by MarketingAid, as well as the customer-facing dashboard and account management portal that form part of our subscription platform.
This Statement does not extend to third-party websites, tools, or services that are linked to or embedded within our Services but are operated by independent third parties, including our payment processor Stripe and appointment scheduling integrations. While we endeavor to partner with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, MarketingAid cannot make representations regarding the accessibility of third-party content or interfaces. Users who encounter accessibility barriers within third-party tools embedded in our platform are encouraged to consult those vendors directly.
3. Standards We Follow
MarketingAid uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as the primary technical standard guiding our accessibility efforts. WCAG 2.1 is organized around four core principles: content must be Perceivable — information and interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive; Operable — interface components and navigation must be operable; Understandable — information and the operation of the interface must be understandable; and Robust — content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
WCAG 2.1 defines three levels of conformance: Level A (minimum), Level AA (standard), and Level AAA (enhanced). Our current target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which represents the internationally recognized standard adopted by most accessibility regulations and legal frameworks globally, including standards referenced in ADA Title III case law and Department of Justice guidance.
4. Conformance Status
MarketingAid has not made a claim of full conformance with any level of WCAG 2.1 and does not intend to do so until a formal audit or self-evaluation confirms such conformance. We are committed to transparency in our accessibility reporting and believe that honest disclosure of our current status better serves users with disabilities than unsubstantiated claims of full compliance.
Our website has been evaluated through internal review and targeted user testing for the assistive technologies described in Section 5. We have identified and prioritized known accessibility gaps and are actively working to remediate them, as described in Section 8.
5. Supported Assistive Technologies
MarketingAid has conducted internal testing and review with the following assistive technologies and access methods, which our Services are designed and intended to support:
- Screen readers — including NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. Our website is designed to produce meaningful, logical reading order and to include descriptive alternative text for non-decorative images and interactive elements;
- Keyboard-only navigation — all interactive elements on our website, including navigation menus, form fields, buttons, and links, are designed to be fully operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or pointer device. We endeavor to maintain visible focus indicators throughout the interface;
- High contrast and forced colors mode — our website is designed to remain legible and functional when Windows High Contrast Mode or similar forced-colors browser settings are active, ensuring that users who depend on high contrast for visual clarity can access content without loss of meaning or functionality.
While we design for the above assistive technologies, we have not conducted exhaustive testing across all versions and combinations of these tools. Users who experience barriers with a specific assistive technology are encouraged to contact us as described in Section 11 so we can investigate and improve.
6. Known Limitations
In the interest of full transparency, and consistent with best practices in accessibility disclosure, MarketingAid acknowledges the following known limitations in the current accessibility of our Services. We are actively working to resolve each of these issues and will update this Statement as improvements are made.
Third-Party Embedded Tools
Certain features of our platform rely on interfaces provided by third-party vendors, including our payment processing forms (operated by Stripe) and appointment scheduling widgets. These embedded tools are not directly controlled by MarketingAid, and their accessibility may not meet the same standards as our first-party content. MarketingAid is in ongoing dialogue with our vendor partners regarding their accessibility roadmaps, and we will transition to more accessible alternatives where such options become available. In the interim, users who are unable to access these third-party tools due to accessibility barriers may request assistance via the alternative access process described in Section 10.
Absence of a Formal Accessibility Audit
As of the effective date of this Statement, MarketingAid has not engaged an independent third-party accessibility specialist to conduct a formal audit of our website or platform. Our current accessibility posture is based on internal review and targeted testing. We are committed to commissioning a formal third-party audit as part of our ongoing accessibility remediation roadmap, and we will update this Statement upon completion of such an audit.
Legacy and Dynamically Generated Content
Certain areas of the platform may include dynamically generated content or legacy interface components that have not yet been fully reviewed for accessibility conformance. We are systematically reviewing and updating such content as part of our remediation efforts described in Section 8.
7. How We Assess Accessibility
MarketingAid’s approach to accessibility assessment currently includes the following methods. We conduct internal self-evaluation of new and updated website content and interface components against WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA criteria prior to publication. We perform targeted assistive technology testing using the screen readers, keyboard navigation paths, and high contrast configurations described in Section 5. We review user feedback and accessibility complaints received via our feedback process described in Section 11 and use this information to identify and prioritize accessibility issues not captured through internal review.
MarketingAid acknowledges that internal assessment alone is insufficient to identify all accessibility barriers and that automated testing tools, while useful, do not capture the full spectrum of accessibility issues experienced by users of assistive technologies. We are committed to supplementing our internal efforts with a formal third-party audit and, over time, user testing that includes participants with a range of disabilities.
8. Ongoing Remediation and Roadmap
MarketingAid treats accessibility improvement as a continuous, long-term commitment rather than a compliance checkbox. Our current remediation priorities and forward-looking commitments include the following.
In the near term, we are conducting a systematic review of all existing page templates and interface components to identify and resolve WCAG 2.1 Level A nonconformances, with particular focus on focus management, form labeling, and alternative text for images. We are evaluating third-party vendor accessibility documentation and engaging our vendors on their accessibility improvement plans.
In the medium term, we are committed to commissioning a formal third-party accessibility audit by a qualified accessibility specialist. Following the completion of that audit, we will publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or equivalent Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) to provide users, customers, and procurement officers with a detailed, structured account of our conformance status against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.
On an ongoing basis, accessibility review will be incorporated into our standard quality assurance and deployment processes so that new features and content do not introduce new barriers. We will update this Accessibility Statement no less than annually, and promptly following any material change in our conformance status or the completion of a formal audit.
9. ADA Compliance and Legal Framework
MarketingAid is committed to complying with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in places of public accommodation. Courts and the U.S. Department of Justice have increasingly recognized that websites and digital services operated by private businesses constitute places of public accommodation subject to ADA Title III. MarketingAid accepts this interpretation and is committed to providing individuals with disabilities with equal access to our digital Services.
The Department of Justice published final rules in April 2024 establishing that WCAG 2.1 Level AA represents the applicable technical standard for ADA Title III compliance by state and local governments under Title II. While no equivalent federal rule has been finalized for Title III private entities as of the effective date of this Statement, WCAG 2.1 Level AA is widely recognized by courts, federal agencies, and industry as the operative benchmark for private sector digital accessibility. MarketingAid adopts WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target conformance standard on this basis.
MarketingAid does not discriminate against any individual on the basis of disability in connection with the provision of our Services, and we are committed to making reasonable modifications to our policies, practices, and procedures to afford individuals with disabilities equal access to our Services, consistent with the requirements of the ADA and applicable law.
Individuals who believe they have been denied equal access to MarketingAid’s Services on the basis of a disability, or who wish to request a reasonable accommodation, are encouraged to contact us using the process described in Sections 10 and 11. MarketingAid takes all accessibility complaints seriously and is committed to good-faith resolution.
10. Alternative Access
MarketingAid recognizes that, despite our best efforts, certain users with disabilities may encounter barriers that prevent them from fully accessing our digital Services through the standard web interface. In such cases, MarketingAid is committed to providing reasonable alternative access to ensure that individuals with disabilities are not excluded from our Services.
Users who are unable to access any feature or content on our website or platform due to an accessibility barrier may request assistance by contacting our accessibility team at [email protected] with the subject line “Accessibility — Alternative Access Request.” Please describe the specific content or feature you are attempting to access and the nature of the barrier you are experiencing. Our team will respond within five (5) business days and will work with you to identify an alternative means of accessing the requested content or completing the relevant task.
Alternative access may be provided via email-based support, delivery of content in an alternative format, or assisted completion of tasks by a MarketingAid team member on your behalf. MarketingAid will endeavor to provide alternative access that is substantially equivalent to the standard digital experience and will not charge any additional fee for the provision of accessibility accommodations.
11. Accessibility Feedback and Complaints
MarketingAid actively welcomes feedback on the accessibility of our Services. User feedback is one of the most valuable inputs we have for identifying barriers that internal testing may have missed, and we are committed to taking all accessibility feedback seriously and acting on it promptly.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or platform, if you believe that content is not accessible to you, or if you would like to request an accessibility accommodation, please contact our accessibility team by email at [email protected] with the subject line “Accessibility Feedback.” In your message, please describe the page or feature where you encountered the barrier, the assistive technology or access method you were using (if applicable), the nature of the barrier or the accommodation you are requesting, and your preferred method of follow-up.
MarketingAid will acknowledge receipt of all accessibility feedback within five (5) business days of receipt. We will investigate reported barriers and provide a substantive response, including a description of any remediation action we intend to take and an estimated timeframe, within a reasonable period following our investigation. We will not penalize, disadvantage, or retaliate against any individual for submitting an accessibility complaint in good faith.
12. Formal Complaint Process
If you are not satisfied with MarketingAid’s response to your accessibility complaint, or if you believe that MarketingAid has failed to provide equal access to its Services on the basis of disability in violation of the ADA or other applicable law, you may pursue the following formal avenues.
You may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which has jurisdiction over ADA Title III complaints against private businesses. Complaints may be submitted online at ada.gov/filing-a-complaint or by contacting the ADA Information Line at 1-800-514-0301 (voice) or 1-833-610-1264 (TTY).
You may also retain private legal counsel to pursue a civil claim under ADA Title III. Under Title III, private plaintiffs may seek injunctive relief requiring a place of public accommodation to remedy accessibility barriers. Attorneys’ fees may be recoverable in successful ADA Title III actions.
MarketingAid strongly prefers to resolve all accessibility concerns directly and in good faith before any formal complaint or legal action is initiated. We encourage all individuals who have experienced an accessibility barrier to contact us first at [email protected] to give us the opportunity to address the issue promptly.
13. Review and Updates to This Statement
This Accessibility Statement was published in March 2026 and reflects the accessibility status of MarketingAid’s Services as of that date. MarketingAid will review and update this Statement no less than annually, and will publish a revised Statement promptly following any of the following events: completion of a formal third-party accessibility audit; a material change in our conformance status; a significant update to the design or functionality of our website or platform; or a material change in applicable accessibility law or regulatory guidance.
The effective date displayed at the top of this Statement reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. Users who wish to be notified of updates to this Statement may contact us at [email protected] to request notification of future revisions.
